What a cool little game, reminded me of Narc sorta, I love how you incorporated the scales of justice depending on how many good or bad guys you killed, I don't think I saw this idea used so far :) Great job!

This game main mechanic is justice scales, you need to all enemies but you cant kill too many civilians, so that the scales would not turn to the other side
