How does your game fit the theme?
There's a countdown between day and night, as well as the fact you play as a count going down a cave.

I love the concept, but the fact that you can barely see in bat form is really annoying (at least to me) and it adds to the frustration that people already talked about. But overall the game is solid !

I agree that it can be a little frustrating, It is a very interesting mechanic though! Especially waiting to have the swap occur mid-air so you can glide or flap your way across a gap. I think I am also just bad at platformers lol.

Pretty cool but a little frustrating. I agree with the previous comment, getting more control over the switch would be nice. Even if it's just for a few seconds, waiting for the correct time is a bit annoying. That aside, it's a good game! The platforming felt nice. and I mean, who doesn't love a little pixel-art bat?

Loved the intro story, and the platforming mechanics were actually pretty interesting. I think it might work better if I had control over when the transformation happens, waiting for the switch or missing the window feels frustrating I think. I noticed a similar feeling with a few other games so far. Something like an ability to turn into a bat, but only for 5 seconds maybe?

Great job on the game though, other than maybe level design needing some tweaks (or me needing to be better at platformers) it feels very polished. Congrats on your second game jam! This is my second GMTK submission and I also think mine ended up way better than last year too.
