I like the spin you put on the countdown clock! It feels like a mechanic that would also work in a physical game. I see inspiration from Slay the Spire as well, and it really works with the overall atmosphere. Great work!
Thank you very much. And i never considered how that may work in a physical game, thats an interesting take, thanks for that.
Took a lot of inspiration from "Slay the Spire". Only problem I dont know if I missed something that I sometimes started my turn with 0/3 even tho I didnt use any card od clicked skip turn or deck. Otherwice great job.
Thank you for playing our game.
Unfortunately, seems you experienced a bug that resurfaced even after we thought we took care of it. Sorry that happened.
And yes we wanted to make a card game and while my partner, Zeno has never played Slay the Spire, I, the programmer, definitely took lots of cues from it.
This game looks very similar to the independent game “Slay the Spire”. I really liked that game a lot. The gameplay experience is quite similar to a tiny “Slay the Spire” – with basic card actions, as well as notifications about enemy movements, etc. These elements all feel very familiar to me. I’m very excited that the author will continue to improve and add more details to the work in the future.
Thank you for playing our game.
We definitely took inspiration from Slay the Spire as I'm also a big fan.
Zeno & I are in talks about continuing the project on a slower production schedule so we can refine the mechanics & artistic direction... and of course more through bug fixing. Thank you again for the praise, and I hope you'll return for the final version of the game when that time comes :)
One of the better games coming out of this jam - Very cool!
Thank you for playing our game & for such high praise!
