Is this cute guy related to King Gizzard? Had to keep playing to figure out whether the prawns (oops second Aussie reference in one post) farted when they died. Really nice choice of audio. Died on level 4 and i don't think i lasted 2 seconds on hard. Nice work on the jam!

Came for lizard and shrimp content and was not disappointed! At first I was trying to maximize multi-kills over speed but that resulted in my untimely shrimp demise lol, I did way better just going fast. The combo of the art and music/sfx make this game really charming!
The lizard / shrimp war definitely deserves more coverage! I think there’s definitely room to dial in the feel of levels outside of a game jam when I have more time. Glad you enjoyed the artwork!
the difficulty jump was HUUUGE on the last level. I went straight into it just for a laugh ʱªʱªʱª(ᕑᗢूᓫ∗)

Glad you enjoyed it! Admittedly the “hard” level was a bit cheeky and not actually designed to be possible. Wave 2 in particular is actually physically impossible unless you cheat
Cool game, I really liked the idea. Simple but engaging. I would suggest allowing WASD alongside with the arrows keys. Nice work!.

A shrimp with a mustache is always a win! While I was playing I thought "well this game is pretty easy" and so I went to the "hard" round...you got me there ;D
Same, I don't think I lost a single heart in the normal game, but in the Hard level I died in like 3 seconds haha
