I found some bugs/glitches like for example if you keep hitting an enemy while he has a dying animation it will just restart the animation infinitely. Kinda funny.

Good game feel tho.

Good game feel, shame there's no sound.

Developer

Oh absolutely

I realized on the last day I had to work on this and then proceeded to completely forget about it again

but where does the giant monolithic garlic bread come from?

Developer

It is a gift from the gods of garlic bread

I wish the timer was a bit shorter and the bread's health didn't regen! I feel like it could be a fun arcade game where you're frantically running around, desperately protecting your garlic bread. But, it's not difficult enough to make me feel that time pressure and urgency.

I agree

Originally I actually made the timer 5 mins and realized making it that high makes it nearly irrelevant so I kept shortening it untill I settled for 30 seconds

I was worried that if I went any shorted it wouldn't give the player enough time to understand what to do, altho it's pretty easy to restart so that's probably not as big of an issue as I was thinking

I also wanted the mushrooms to steadily increase their spawn rate altho I didn't have time to implement it
