I also ran into the errors while extracting, but I picked to skip those files and it seemed to work and I was able to run your game.  I look forward to seeing the finished product.

I tried to download and extract it but kept running into a file system error. 

The game sounds interesting, so I'll have to check out where it goes after the jam. Good job on persevering and submitting, I know how hard it is when things aren't going well, and keeping it together enough to ship something, even if it isn't what you hope is commendable.

Congrats on submitting to the jam! Over scoping is something that happens to even profession game developers so it seems like y'all learned a valuable lesson - and finishing and submitting is a huge accomplishment! Best of luck in your future game dev endeavors!
