How does your game fit the theme?
A monster that has a count down on their belly which acts as a life timer/ cooking timer. They are the incarnation of Gluttony and have to be constantly fed, if the timer runs out they devour everyone.

Really creative horror-cooking concept!
Atmosphere is indeed unsettling and the art style is memorable. Exploring the kitchen was fun. :)
small items are difficult to spot and pick up and having the timer continue during dialogue and the tutorial makes the beginning a bit frustrating. and it was a bit unclear what to do at times. With clearer highlights and a restart or tutorial-skip option, this could become a very interesting game!
but nonetheless good job! :D
Thank you so much for your feedback! We will try to improve in the future with other game developments. We are glad you liked the concept!
You guys nailed the horror aesthetics, ngl. I truly felt tensed by just being in that Hell's Kitchen. Never on my life would i have though i'd see a horror cooking game!
While the core gameplay is understandably fun for a 4-day production, there were some issues, like laggy movement and interactions for ingredients being a bit of hit-or-miss. Nothing game breaking as such, except the timer begins while the initial tutorial and narrative text plays. Maybe start the time after that initial text?
I enjoyed cooking for devil.
Please do try my short game and give me your opinions as well. I've built a game that i wanna grow and ship someday :)
We are glad you love the aesthetics of the game. Thank you for your feeback! Me and my team will surely try your game!
I liked the pseudo-post-horror vibe going on here. I think there are some challenging interactions that make interactivity a little difficult.
* Items on the ground are too small, and too hard to pick up. I didn't understand the little tiny flour was what I needed to bake first
* Not being able to place an arbitrary item at an arbitrary place on the ground was frustrating, because...
* Talking to the Farmer can spawn multiple items... and they seemed random? At first I got some flour when I needed vegetables.
* Cook stations could be highlighted when you have something
* The countdown timer seems very short at first
* Having the countdown play mid-dialogue, I think, was frustrating. ESPECIALLY the tutorial. I also wish the tutorial was skipped on repeat plays; and I also wish there was a way to restart a run.
I liked walking around and finding the hidden nooks. I was tossing knives and wondering why that was a thing until I saw the rats.
I don't mean to make my feedback come across as purely negative -- I was entranced with the style. I think these would really dial up the game to be closer to what you all had intended for the experience :)
Thank you so much for your feedback! We will definitely implement it in the future. I agree there were many problems to the game since we are high school students and did not have much time to juggle studies and the game development. However all feedback is much appreciated, we are glad you like the vibe of the game!
Cool concept. Hard to understand. Interesting art style.
Thank you; we tried to make it as easy to understand as possible. The dialogue boxes at the start are there as a tutorial. While we were aiming for a more horror-exploration style, I do agree that the navigation and balancing could've been better.
