How does your game fit the theme?
In my game, main character gets cursed and now has a countdown timer on their arm. If it hits 0, they die. You have to rush through levels, grab orbs that add time back to the counter, and reach the yellow creature before time runs out.

I really liked the game, tough I must admmit I enjoyed messing with the space bar a little bit to much xD but the music is cool, the controls feel nice, the story is simple, but is interesting and does its job, I felt for the guy and wanted to avenge him. The final boss fight was the coolest moment of the game in my opinion.
Haha, thanks a lot man! Really glad you liked the boss fight and the story !!
Hey guys. If you plan to play this game, there is a tiny oversight from my end you should know. You should jump with "w", not space. It is a leftover debug feature which kills you and sends you to the next level. Just a heads up!
I like the idea and gameplay. I got a little bit of Will You Snail vibes from the art direction!
The end boss and the many soldiers level points towards a bullet hell, manic style game, and those were my favorite parts.
Glad you liked the game! Honestly, I don't know Will You Snail, but it's cool that you picked up on a similarity like that.
Also, my favorite part was designing those bullet hell-ish sections you mentioned :P !!
love the art style and animations, felt appropriately stressful to play! giving some real 2000's flash game vibes in all the right ways!

Thanks a lot! Glad you liked the art and animations. And the flash comparison is awesome to hear !!
This game was a blast. I loved the artwork so much (also the way the red guy exclaims the tutorial is very helpful). Overall i loved playing it.
Thanks so much for the comment!
Overall I really enjoyed this concept. It took me a little bit to figure out the controls (I kept trying to use space to jump, which kept killing me and sending me to the next level), but I think the levels were pretty fun. I liked the concept of using a countdown as your health. I also enjoyed the boss at the end pretty well. Nice job!
Thank you for your comment, glad you enjoyed the game!
Using space was a debug tool which kills you and sends you to the next level. Something that I should've removed before publishing!
This game looks really cool!! I love the graphics. I don't have Windows...do you think you might add a web version in the future?
Hey! Thanks for the support, I'm glad you enjoyed it
I actually tried to add a web version. But since I am new to developing games and also never tried to do web things, some bugs occured, like font not showing some characters. So I only kept windows version
I might consider a web version in the future.
I really loved the premise and your artwork! Unfortunately I died a lot, though I'm not entirely sure why - it seemed to happen mostly when I jumped. Great work!
Thanks mate!
The jumping-dying is a debug thing which I totally forgot to remove when publishing the game. The actual jumping is done with "W"! My apologies!
