Bioworld - Max Ecumenopolis District Requirement

So I've recently gotten far enough to unlock Bioworlds, and on my first attempt to make one, I accidentally failed the max E.D. requirement, because I misunderstood that when it said "constructed," it didn't mean "active." I figured with a limit of 49.88k, I would be safe to go up to 49,884, then work my way down till i hit the exact number that was the max (since 49.88k could be anywhere from 49,875 to 49,884, due to rounding), but then ended up overshooting and permanently locking myself out of the bioworld.

Is there a way to "unbuild" the excess districts? I really don't want to have to reload my last backup because of 10 buildings, because the backup was all the way at the beginning of this world.

No, your only solution is save editing or console commands.  I do not recommend building ecu for something you want to turn into a bioworld at all : they get deleted anyway.

Fair enough. I thought about not building them, but I wanted to take advantage of the insane android capacity to help speed through the underground land expansion.
