Very fun and frantic :)! All that is missing for me is a bit more feedback – what are the ranges and areas the player is impacting, how the timer affects the economy, etc. Nicely done!

Hey Nostr0! It's CookieJar from the GMTK discord. I like your game! It feels very polished for something made in a jam. I particularly like, for example, the achievements, the red shaking timer when time is close-by, god even the way the music speeds up? Really good attention to detail for a seemingly simple game! Just a few comments:
* Perhaps you should consider choosing a more representative cover for your game. The game made me expect that I was gonna play as some sort of space sheriff? Because the purple person in the cover looked like a sheriff to me, idk.
* This game will benefit from having more variety! Maybe some special kinds of trash (lol?) that needs different ways to be picked up. Or other level layouts that force players to not stay so close to the trash-selling machine, for example, to encourage constant movement. It also emphasizes the time limit and makes going fast even more interesting! :>
That's all. Great game! Congrats on submitting for the jam, and I wish you the best!
Hey CookieJar, thanks for the comprehensive review and for playing my game!
The last few games I've made either didn't come to completion at all due to scope creep or wasn't finished at all. This time I've decided to make a relatively polished game and I think I somewhat succeeded in that.
The cover was made within an hour, and sadly I didn't really know how to make a better one, but I will try to improve for the next jam! Probably a mop in the picture would have helped :D
I also thought about "special" trash that gives more money or events that can happen, but there was simply not enough time for that.
The map layout is sadly very simple due to it being randomly generated on runtime and I didn't have enough time to make a more complex room/map generator.
Hey, here's something you can note for future game jams: you can change anything outside of the game after the deadline! This includes the cover and itch page and whatnot. I actually made my cover a day after the deadline for this jam xD. Did me wonders!
I hope your submission does well and I wish you the best for your future endeavors!
Really fun game ! Grows quite frantic quite quickly, I wish I had time at the shop to read what the upgrades are
This game is not trash!
I upgraded the dash and dash pickup a ton, and would have gotten away with it if the inspector didn't stop me.
Very fun, I would appreciate it if you tried and reviewed my game, I also didn't get many.
Surprised by how addictive this little incremental game is! My team and i genuinely got hooked on it, a couple of quick suggestions: adding highlighting to the trash and making action feedback a bit punchier would be great. Also, after two runs it felt like the shop wasn't quite working? Other than that, awesome job!
It is fun to play.
I like that you made a lot of different upgrades that change how you play. You have sense of progression when you buy them. But IMO it would be better if upgrade shop would pause the timer, cause I have no time to read descriptions. So I just buy random upgrades instead of doing some strategy.
Achievements are also a nice touch.
Visuals are nice, really given you sense of picking up trash in a crowd :)
And a little side note: there is no button to exit the game
