Cool visuals and great game feel. Speedrunning isn't really my thing but I enjoyed this except I couldn't find where I was supposed to take the idol after collecting it?

Hey thanks for playing! The goals can be difficult to find, if you’re referring to the first level it is above and behind the starting point! Looks like a pedestal and has a green orb around it!

Thanks for the kind words! I am very pleased with it myself especially since I have never done anything similar to this style :)

The art is great, the dash feels very good to use, and that's very good considering the challenge that represents making a first person platformer. However there's nothing to alert that a platform will disappear, and the timing seems random (sometimes i take the idol and just fall in the void). Playing a sound maybe one second before the platform disappears could be a solution

Also, some bugs :
Right and left click are inverted compared to what's indicated in game, the tutorial indicates left click to retrieve and right click to throw the idol
Also audio menu sliders are set to 0 when opening said menu instead of corresponding to the current audio level

Thank you so much for playing our game!

You're right making the corrosion timing more clear was on our list, with a bit more time, I think we would have made animated particles and materials to the beat, increasing in intensity the closer you get to the idol corroding platforms. At the moment our biggest point of friction is exactly that, not understanding the timings correctly.
