Really enjoyed the game especially when I learned it was interviews about marginalized people (dunno what word would fit neurodivergency, mental health, and lgbtq). I loved the portraits and in-game icons, although the overworld sprites of the characters being low-res was really jarring against the high-res tiles. Since the game mostly takes place in an interview, I think its acceptable.

I was streaming on this Twitch on a channel that's not specifically 18+. I think it's important to talk about nsfw themes in a respectful manner but I still felt interview 4 got a little minor-unsafe. The game is listed as 17+ on the proper game page but not when coming from submissions or in-game, and it doesn't describe what 17+ about it. In-game content warnings would have been appreciated. That probably should apply to violence with interview 3 as well, for people sensitive to topics about violence.

Really pleasantly surprised and I'm really sad to know it's the least-reviewed game currently.  :(. It's really good for a game jam, given some people aren't able to even fully cross the finish line in jams.

Also, I didn't see how signals were involved.

thank you for sharing this! First off, i personally feel like the theme works with my game in multiple ways. Like, when an interviewee is asked their question, it's like another way of saying "what signal are you trying to send?". Or like when Silus said that his cries for help were ignored, i figured that's a form of a signal. And also the interviewer being the "receiver" of these signals. But, that's just my opinion and how i personally thought it worked with the theme of the jam.

Secondly, yes, it was wrong of me to not put content warnings within the game rather than just putting it on the game page only. It's funny cus i was going to do that, but i think i was running out of time and was panicking, lol. I will be fixing that. And because of your statement, i'll make the game 18+. I honestly was torn on whether to make the game 17+ or 18+ and went ahead and just went with what other similar games i've played did. You make good points and i see now that the game should be 18+, my apologies on that. Regardless, thank you again for your feedback and i'm glad you enjoyed it! :333

I think 17+ is sill appropriate, you're not showing anything graphic!

ANOTHER RPG MAKER GAME!!! I like art in the game. There’s one more thing I’d like to mention separately from the game itself. I love the design of your game’s page! Usually at game jams, participants don’t spend much time on the game page design cz  they’re short on time.
It's hard for me to say anything about the music in the game because I rarely listen to that genre. But sometimes it was hard to concentrate on the text cz of the music.

Developer

thxxxx! and yeah, i figured at least someone would have an issue with the music. which is understandable, it's just that's my style when i'm making music :ppp. but, i've also had thoughts of switching some tracks out with something more chill and less distracting. and honestly, some tracks were used as placeholders since i didn't have much time left to make some new tracks.

Cute game! Loved the art and cool musics. Really sad that there is not much gameplay tho! Would have loved to be able to choose the questions I want to ask for example, it's a bit too linear here in my opinion. Discovering the stories of these characters was really cool, their behavior were fun to watch too, even if I found their stories a bit too similar or focused on only one aspect It is an impressive work for 10 days, had a good time with it!

tysm!! yes, the things you pointed out i also had the same thoughts. i have some plans for it once the jam is officially over.

the art direction has a problem with contrast of rpgm assets and custommade assets, it's harder but way better if you do the entire game's visuals by yourself, it makes the game consistent, and other things are just... not for me

Really love the characters, art and cute photos! A really sweet little experience!

...the whole "plugg tag" thing really confused me, though! xD
