How does your game fit the theme?
The game requires completing the level before the countdown ends, and the bread will wait for a certain amount of time based on the set cooking time before it becomes fully cooked.

Very simple, but pretty fun! (even though I died on the last bread 3 times)
Thank you very much for your liking! (Failure at the last moment over that single loaf of bread really got me really angry, but you still persisted. Congratulations to the outstanding player with great perseverance!)
Really funny concept that fits the theme well! I generally enjoy the games that put this kind of stress/rage aspect into the timer. It’s so simple it’s hilarious, but it works! Nice game!
Wow, thank you so much! At the beginning of the game, there was no timer and only easily burnt bread. However, in order to encourage players to try faster baking methods, I added a timer. Thank you for refining this design!~\(≧▽≦)/~
really nice and short game ! simple mechanic that respect the theme !
the heat bar dosn't move on my screen (mb a bug).
thanks for the experience :))
Wow, thank you for your feedback! When I have time, I will look for the bugs and fix them!
I absolutely adore the creative approach you took with this years theme! Took a bit to manage both adjusting the temp and ejecting the toast with the mouse, but once I got the hang of it I felt I was getting perfect toasts more often.
Thank you very much for your liking! So happy!~\(≧▽≦)/~
Cool concept and I loved the way you managed the idea!! Only suggestion is to have the eject as a keyboard button so its easier to handle!! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧
Thank you very much! However, since this game was the final assignment for the summer camp I participated in at the same time, and the assignment required creating a game that could be controlled solely with a mouse, this control method was used ( •̀ ω •́ )✧ If I have more time later, I will update a version that uses the keyboard! Thank you very much!
Also, I sincerely invite everyone to experience the game "How many?" that I developed together with my teammates for this competition. ! Thank you all very much~~Rate How Many ? by James1031, Abcderwen, Tina_DU, TigrisRiddle, lianyiyu for GMTK Game Jam 2026 - itch.io
I managed to get the 10 slices with a couple seconds to spare on the timer. I tended to keep the mouse a couple notches above the eject button so that I would have enough time to move down and eject before it burned. The higher sections of the meter seemed like they just burned it way too fast.
Art and audio are satisfying, well done there.
Thank you very much for your feedback! I will make adjustments based on your feedback later when I have more time! PS: I did spend quite a lot of time on art and audio. It would be wonderful if you could like this part. It's a great encouragement for me! Thank you! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

This is a neat concept, but I feel that the controls are a bit flawed. Because you have to move your mouse up and down to control the temperature, moving the mouse to click eject also changes the temperature which can be frustrating to deal with. Having eject bound to a key like Space or Enter would make for a more streamlined playing experience. Other than that, the game is simple but works well!
Thank you for your feedback! Since this game was the final assignment for the summer camp I attended, and the assignment required creating a game that could only be controlled using a mouse, I had no choice but to adopt this operation method. If I have time in the future, I will update a version that uses the keyboard! Thank you very much! (•̀ ω •́)✧
