How does your game fit the theme?
The whole game is based around 10 hearts, they constantly fade/disappear one each second, if they all fade you die, so to survive you have to run around collecting drops and killing enemies.

Great concept! Was hard to judge how far the space bar attack reached, which made it hard to use.
Fun music! The gameplay reminds me of Hungry Knight which is cool; those devs did go on to make some pretty cool games :)
I wish the UI showed "missing hearts" so I could get a better idea of how much health I am losing; it is pretty hard to count them until you are already too low! Some sound effects for heart pickups would be good. Also, I wish the slash direction also considered the direction of the mouse and not just where the player was moving. The health countdown definitely feels too difficult to properly focus on combat.
The music fits the game really well! I think the health countdown is a bit too fast, because I ended up spending most of my time collecting hearts to recover health. With a little more balancing, I think I would enjoy the game even more. good job!
We would also love to hear your feedback on our game! :)
Fun concept!
I think it was lacking in the UI visuals.
I couldn't tell how much health the enemies had or how much damage i was doing.
Maybe adding some sort of visual feedback when you were successfully hitting enemies would help make it feel more satisfying.
Thanks for the feedback.
