This one has a lot of charm, I liked the balance and it was a nice experience even though I encountered a few game breaking bugs (clicking the dwarven universe portal before fully advancing the dialogue got me locked and I had to reset, as well as the PR screen issues mentioned by others, etc)
I saw that theothertallguy mentioned in the Discord today that some of the bugs will be quashed soon. I look forward to taking another look closer to the end of the rating period, and will replay & update my rating around then.
We will watch your
careergame with great interest. It has been fixed (the bugs with text progression). It should be completely stable now.
Nice game, I loved the little jokes in lore. The art is really wonderful. It was fun to discover the dragon universe. The theme approach was on point.
On the improvements side. The bugs with the PR screen kinda breaks the game, it would be lovely to see it solved so we can progress longer. Also there are some typos in the gold description from the computer but we can understand quite fast that the next computer increases the previous tier instead of all of them increasing the first as written.
Thank you so much! It has been solved.
Never enough treasure in the hoard indeed! This is a great little incremental, with really charming art. I hit a rather unfortunate bug where pressing PR before going to the dwarf universe advances the tutorial and softlocks you, but I got back to where I was pretty quickly. I initially thought the dwarf universe was bugged as well, as the higher tiers didn't generate dwarves, but I guess the descriptions are what's wrong? The higher tiers give you more dwarves per purchase, rather than generating themselves over time. I think the only thing that was missing for me is some kind of bonus for manual purchases (like 2x income for every 10 you buy), but this was balanced really well and I finished it fairly quickly regardless. Anyway, great job getting it in and it's always fun working on projects as a team. :D
