The graphics in this game are stunning! It just felt like I needed to always choose to fight enemies to gain experience because chests did not give enough to beat bosses. Overall the game is pretty impressive though! I would love to play the full game if you intend to work more on it ;)
That's really nice and polished game. The art style is really good have you hand drawn it ?? (Looks amazing) And I liked the turn base combat (never expected a chest would be a monster 🙂) Great Game !!
it is very decent game, art style is very nice, SFX still have some area to work on, but gameplay is very well polished.
Personally I would like to get more information about skills such as how much dmg those deals, how much mana it costs etc.
Thanks so much for playing our game and for the thoughtful feedback! We're really glad you enjoyed the game.
We definitely overscoped the jam, and unfortunately the SFX polish and better skill information were two of the things we had to cut to finish on time. We completely agree that both would have made the experience much better and easier to understand.
We really appreciate you taking the time to play and share your thoughts. Thanks again! 😊
Love the art style and core mechanics. One of the most polished games that I've played during the jam. Congrats on what you've made, hope you keep developing the idea.
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to us. We're very happy to hear you enjoyed the art style and core mechanics, and it's incredibly encouraging to know you found it to be one of the most polished games you played during the jam.
We're definitely considering continuing development after the jam, so comments like yours give us even more motivation. Thanks again for playing our game and for your kind words!
OMG this game is incredibly stylish!! I fell in love at first sight!!
Haha, thank you so much!! 😭❤️ That means the world to us! We put a lot of time into the game's visual style, so hearing that you fell in love with it at first sight is incredibly rewarding.
Thanks a lot for playing our game
a very enjoyable turn based game. Love the artwork and the tile system. It gets tough really quickly but makes you want to get the hang of it
Thank you so much! We were aiming for a balance between challenge and fun, although unfortunately, because of the jam's time constraints, we didn't have enough time to properly balance the difficulty. That's definitely one of the areas we'd love to improve, and we completely agree it would make the experience even better.
What a wonderful little game!
I actually had a LOT of fun trying to find the best strategy. I like how the turn-combat mechanics work as well as well the time management before the big boss.
Visuals fit very well, I like the sketchbook feel.
Amazing job
Thank you so much for your kind words! ❤️ It makes us incredibly happy to hear that you had fun experimenting with different strategies that was one of our main goals when designing the combat,
Comments like yours make all the hard work during the jam feel worth it. Thank you so much for playing our game
I LOVE THIS GAME!
The polishing is on top, the audio sistem is perfect and mostly i love the graphics and the gameplay.
Good job, hope it gets famous!
We know the game still has a lot of room for improvement, but we're really happy to hear you enjoyed the audio, visuals, and gameplay. The audio was actually a bit of an experiment for us honestly, we probably spent more time searching for the right sounds than actually implementing them! 😄 Those little details ended up adding so much to the overall feel of the game, so it means a lot that you noticed and appreciated them.
