How does your game fit the theme?
The count down theme is implemented with the sun rising, as Count Downcula (that is a vampire), has limited time to get to the safety of his basement before the sun rises and fries him.

Greetings, fellow team Downcula! I see that we have not only the same name but also the same narrative framework! :) Playing through this game has been a joy. It’s elegantly designed, with smooth gameplay and great aesthetics. The music in particular really hits the spot, well done! Having the “countdown” not in actual time elapsed but in the number of moves has felt refreshing. Gave me Sokoban meets Baba Is You vibes, and incidentally I found myself wishing we could undo individual moves rather than restart the whole level. I’m pleasantly surprised that with all this you still had time to design actual brain teasing puzzles as proof of concept. Overall, I’m impressed by this game and I wish you the best of luck!

This was really well designed! It had just the right amount of levels, I think, and the difficulty curve felt good. Some of the later levels took some planning to complete, which was fun. The pixel art is charming, too.

The only major issue was the lack of an undo button; in the earlier levels, it was no big deal, but by the last few (much longer) levels it started to become a nuisance when a single misinput meant I had to restart the level from the beginning. It wasn’t enough to keep me from finishing the game, and it’s an understandable omission for a jam submission, but if you do a post-jam update at some point I’d recommend adding one in.

This game is difficult but enjoyable. The art is precious.  Sometimes the restart doesn't work correctly.

Thanks for playing our game! We are aware that sometimes that happen, but we have no idea of what causes it unfortunatly...

I absolutely loved this game. It was a lot of fun, and when as my stupidity got treated with a toasty sizzle of becoming chicken, it's just perfect. :D

Really cool take on Sokoban! The theme is presented in a very creative way, and there are a lot of mechanics and interactions that add variety to the levels.

Great game!

One of my favorite games of this jam. Really clever mechanics and puzzle design. 10/10
