This was really clever! I got pretty far, then desperately needed a 6 that never came. Rest in peace little mining dude. I can really imagine this expanded with some special blocks that respond differently to either the pickaxe or when their number is pressed (move sideways, break blocks near them, etc). Great work!

My high score for regular is 44m! I thought it was a really unique game and it was very intuitive and simple to understand. It had a nice mix of skill and rng that resulted in that really addictive mobile game nature where you feel like you can keep going forever until the game screws you over lol. I like how not pressing a number ends up powering up your pickaxe, so you have to be strategic in terms of what to do. Really polished ui and artwork, nice music, yeah this game has it all and I don't think anything needed changing. Great job!|

Edit: Okay i remembered the thing that needed changing; the sound effects are a bit too loud compared to the music, plus it made weird popping noises but that might just be a browser game issue.

The number-key movement is a really inventive way to descend, and the charging pickaxe adds a nice bit of strategy to the chaotic tunnel runs!

This is one of my favoirte games in the whole jam. Perfectly fun and complicated

Really clever use of the theme and nice mechanics!

Great game!

Wow, the combination of pure luck and the sense of agency the pickaxe provides gave me the illusion that I could definitely do better next time. Clever mechanic!

the concept is fun be randomness makes it super hard to play

Is it because the randomness is too strong, or is my operation just too bad,... If you always play for 10 seconds, you'll die Lol

Cool idea, but too much RNG

nice concept.. movement felt good too

I liked this game, it felt nice to play. Something I noticed was that in regular mode the 6 column never got selected, but even with that I made it to 80 something meters.

I mean idea of the game is nice, but randomness totally destroys it, felt totally unfair for most of the game.

I thought pressing six numbers would be challenging, but it felt pretty natural. I didn't understand that the pickaxe charges over time (I thought that not hitting blocks would just power it up further); I love that the pickaxe power bar is replaced with a clock face. Great work!

Very creative game. Pretty hard tho.

Like others it felt a little too random for me at times (Also I don't think I ever saw column 6 moving but maybe it's just my luck)

Farthest I got was 61

Nice visuals, and a fun take on the theme. I also felt the RNG was a bit unfair at times. I could imagine this working better without random number order and just counting down repeatedly from 6 to 1 (with a randomised shuffle of the columns, e.g. 5-3-2-6-1-4).
