Loved the art and animation on this one. I think the concept is really cool! although I kept on cycling between losing and gaining jumps so I felt like I never fully lost power. That said I love the idea of the upgrades, I think that is super cool!

The result is an incredibly stylish and lively game (thanks to the animation and art style). I did encounter a bug—my swords disappeared at one point—but that didn't stop me from enjoying the game.

The sprite animations are incredible, and the number of enemies with different sprites all made in just four days is really impressive.

I also love the way you approached the countdown; it feels really original.
It’s a shame, though, that the controls are a bit tricky. Likewise, having so many enemies in such small rooms quickly makes things difficult to manage.

Great, The COUNT kept going DOWN

looks great + the game is really really good. It has that addictive feel. The movement + the hit frames would use some work & this would work as a great full game’s demo

Great visuals and animations!

The visuals and animations are top-notch. I did find the movement a bit stiff, though, and I felt the game could use more hit feedback to make taking and dealing damage feel more impactful.

Overall, great job!

The artwork on this game is crazyyyy! Woah! I would have benefit from an in-game tutorial - I was vaguely following until I got an upgrade that mentioned my dash (I didn't know I could dash).

Cool idea, great visuals and atmosphere!

The movement feels a bit stiff though. And if the idea is that you get weaker, shouldn't the enemies also get weaker so the difficulty stays the same?  Or maybe they get slightly less weak so it gets a bit harder? In general it felt too easy because if you keep lifesteal and armor you can just stand still and spam attack (although I did not finish the game because I wasn't sure how many levels there were, maybe this could count down?). So maybe the upgrades should be less good than the downgrades?

Very beautiful art and animation. The concept of downgrade is so clever and original! Great work!
