Counting the falling items is such a funny take on 'Count Down'! Gave me Party vibes like Nintedo Games. Keep going!

A really fun game, gave me an excuse to break out the ol' hands!

Really fun game! It's harder than it looks, especially from the level where pears are added :D

This is a fun little game. The way you gradually introduce new mechanics in each level is really nice and makes it easy to follow whilst making the game more complex and entertaining. Probably one of the best at introducing how the game works i've seen in this jam so far, a lot of others can be either too instruction heavy or weak but this found the right balance. Great work!

Developer

Thanks, yeah sadly had only time for the introduction part. But i also get if people just let you jump into it, because can be a little bit boring. But maybe next year there will me also the stuff after it :)

Aw yeah, we've all been there, I had issues finishing up my first game jam too. God, the 4 day limit sucks...

I dig the general gameplay, I haven't played another with the same mechanic yet, so props for that. I like the sfx, and the music was nice. I thought apples with worms also counted as red apples but they didn't?? So took my points off. And I kinda flunked the final one too.

All this time, I was suddenly remembering that one study called the "Invisible Gorilla" where viewers were instructed to count basketball passes, and being so focused on counting that they would completely ignore the environment around them, even when a gorilla showed up... I was wondering if something like that would happen, that would have been cool.

Anyways, good work!

Yeah had some family stuff, wehere i had to help. So had only really the first and last day, which is not an excuse..

There should have been more Levels with some fun mechanics, not just counting. The "Invisble Gorilla" would also be a fun idea, i didnt really tought of.

Thanks for playing :)

I like the art style!!!

Developer

Thanks, normaly i just code. This time i thought i try to do some art with my tablet. Tourns out, even simpler art likes this takes a lot of time, which i didnt really had haha.

worst thing about a game jam is when you're so close to finishing but the time constraint catches up, i can't submit the amount of apples too. had good potential though!

Developer

Jeah sadly had some person stuff and not really much time to work on it. But its just amazing what people came up with.

The part with not being able to submit the apples is wierd. On my system it works, but either way thanks for playing :)
