Ridiculously clever concept, I love how it's balanced and I could easily imagine this game having a ridiculous skill ceiling. Great tutorial, excellent visual effects, I'm a bit unsure of how I feel about the auto-aim since it kind of takes away from the chaos and ability to pick your targets but it does also prevent you from wasting your time as often. My only other mild complaint is that movement feels just a bit sluggish, I felt like it took a long time to get to where I wanted to go, but I get that that's kind of necessary to keep the player under control. Excellent work!

How does your game fit the theme?
The whole game runs on a single countdown clock that is your health, your ammo, and your score. It never stops draining, and everything you do spends time, so kills are the only way to earn it back. The entire run is a literal count down to zero, and the arena itself is a ticking clock face.
