i remember playing three games that belong to this creator, i've wanted to go back and play others such as My God is the Sun since it was prequel to God is in the Radio but the creator has completely vanished along with their games and even their tumblr. Does anyone know if something happened or did the creator disappear out of nowhere? i loved their games so much
Maybe he found out you were ripping off his work and deleted his account.
But the usual suspects are the indie community bullying and calling his work A.I slop(real or unfounded), him being caught out on using A.I while he said "I did not use any A.I assets or code"
Or him actually just being an asset flipper that will just delete his account and submit the game as new to a gamejam to win prizes. Yes, I have seen this happen.

First off you'll discover they were someone called catsketdev. They worked on pressure a popular roblox game along with various other games. They have a history of leaving communities and joining back under new names after their manipulation and abuse was exposed. I was a victim of it myself, I was emotionally abused by this person and am traumatized among meny others. I've been trying to keep track of when they come back as they obviously refuse to learn from their mistakes and be a better person. If you have information on It I'd love to know
Hey I just came across this post. Just wanted to pop in that over a year ago, I was a part of their game dev discord server and saw some really disgusting behavior, especially of them talking ill of other more well-known devs in the community who weren't a part of their server. I ended up leaving the server due to that and the server just going against a lot of my core values. I felt like I was going insane since no one was really saying anything about it lol.

Im relived other people were also wondering this. Tried to find out info as to why they just vanished from the internet months ago, as they were one of my favorite devs that I used to follow up with. I saw that the only game they left up was 10:16 on steam, with two comments mentioning things about a controversy surrounding them excusing SA? Someone also linked a google doc in their comment explaining what they had done, but the link was broken. Does anyone know the details of what happened? This all is really dissapointing :(
That particular review is using out of date information - My understanding is, someone who Catsket used to be friends with made some nasty accusations against another person (which have now been found to have been false.) When Catsket didn't side with the accuser like a lot of people did, they ended up getting a lot of hate and harrassment, basically bullying them off the internet.
Thankfully now that they've had their name cleared they've been working on stuff again :D

Thanks for clarifying things for me. I looked into it a bit more after commenting because the situation seemed off. It makes total sense why they wanted a break after going through that. I'm really glad to hear that they are in a better place now and back to creating. Hope they take all the time they need!
