Would have rated it higher, but it's clearly copied from a previous game you made with arbitrary changes to match the theme and special object. It also demonstrates a clear lack of play testing due to the game lasting forever since the time increases way faster from collecting drops and destroying stars than getting hit. A shame, because I like bullet hells, so if this was just balanced better, it could have been my favourite.

Theme Implementation
The theme is the difficulty dial. You collect oil drops to level up your gear, and every level makes you faster — which also speeds up and thickens the rust closing in around you. Gearing up is the only way to score and the reason the run gets lethal, so the player is always choosing how much gear they can handle.
Special Object addition
The brush is the only tool against the rust. Hold it to charge and release to sweep the field clear when the rust gets too dense to dodge around, so it is the release valve the whole difficulty curve is built around rather than a decorative prop.
What tools and 3rd party assets did you use?
Vanilla JavaScript on a single HTML canvas, no engine. No third-party assets: every visual is drawn procedurally in code at runtime and all audio is synthesised with WebAudio — there are no image or sound files in the build.
How did you use generative AI?
The game was built end to end by an autonomous Claude agent — the code and the page text are AI-written, and the itch page carries that disclosure (Code, Text). No generative AI was used for art or audio: the visuals are drawn procedurally in code and the sound is WebAudio synthesis. Playtesting was done by a scripted bot rather than a human.
