The World Tree Is Coal And You Must Mine is a solo TTRPG made for the 2026 One Page RPG Jam.

Mine the World Tree's coal, encounter strange finds and hazards, and try to survive until retirement.

With every month of mining, you carve out and sell more World Tree coal, buying gear or saving up. With every month, there's a chance that you'll find an ancient treasure from the time of the world's verdure, and a risk that your pick will let loose an ancient horror long entombed.

How far will you push your luck?
