  • Interesting concept! I would have liked to see at least some description of the gameplay loop and how to play on the game page if not in the game directly. Would also be nice to see some sort of progression as it was pretty easy to just break the game and have more money than was restrictive in any fashion. Good job for a jam game!
  • Loved the achievement list concept. The demolish noises could be a lot less loud. I didn't quite understand how money was generated or what selling actually did initially. Some indicators on what you own could help. Seems like I instantly completed a bunch of goals on the first house, so maybe think about the pacing of those. Not sure what was being reused aside from the plots of land.

I really liked the minimalist art style, something about it appeals to me. The gameplay was tight. I thought it was a bit weird that I could destroy/sell stuff that wasn't mine but hey, CAPITALISM. Great entry!

You should be rebuying the property. I ran out of time to make that obvious.

Thanks for the complement. If I had more time I was going to lean heavy into the capitalism. I was aiming for a satirical gentrification city sim, but I made it more like a puzzle game to narrow scope.

Nice enough game, there is something to it, good work!

Thanks!

I also think there's something to it. I'm cleaning up the scripts and working with it, we'll see if I can find the juice 🧃
