I like the concept here, though it feels like it needs to give a bit more in each location for a GM to latch onto when prepping. Something like an unusual landmark, strange inhabitant, or an atmospheric description to get the inspiration going.

I'd also second the comments on the layout, like expanding the black background areas on page 2 to give the text more space to breathe. I understand it can be hard to keep all that in mind when you're working on a tight deadline though, and I'm impressed you put this together in just 3 days.

This adventure feels like a whole campaign in disguise. A GM can spread the locations of these rites out, add some interstitial adventures to remind us that the gods are silent and demons roam the land, and up the stakes as completion draws near. Once the Criers return, the game can become almost domain-like if the players choose. Great work.

As far as open ended designs go, I think this is actually quite a good framework for outlining an adventure. You give the important touch points and then provide a large canvas to fill in. Nice work!

I also enjoyed the list of things that happen on the front cover. It's visceral and makes me want to know more.

Thanks. It took me a while to come up with something original. My first thought was a treasure hunt since I had the word fortune. But I wanted to make something a little different which turned into something more prophetic. The list on the front cover was one of the first things I wrote down after coming up with the overall idea.

I think this is a cool frame work for an adventure. All in all I think there was a lot of effort to be as broadly applicable as possible and it just waters the vision down. There's enough here to get a spark of inspiration and it got me thinking of how I could use something like this, which is a success for me. Great job!

I think there are some basic things with Affinity that you could pick up, like giving the text enough space from the edges of boxes and borders.

Thanks for the review. I need to take the time and try and work in Affinity. Everything you see was done in Canva.

I really liked the overall visual design. The table on the cover to start the campaign off is excellent.

Thank you, the front cover was what I worked on first to get a theme going. Unfortunately I didn't find out about the contest until about 3 days left in the adventure. So I wish I could have spent more time fully developing the idea. Thanks for the review.

A simple but clever sort of point crawl, with not much additional preparation needed. Nice.
I really like the table on the cover!
