Hello everyone!

My name is Francesca, and I'm an Italian translator currently specializing in video game and software localization.

I'm building my professional portfolio and looking for indie developers interested in adding an Italian localization to their game.

Although I'm still growing in this field, I already have experience working on localization projects using Crowdin and Weblate, where I've translated UI strings, in-game text, and software content. I enjoy finding natural, player-friendly translations rather than translating word for word.

I can help with:

  • German/English → Italian localization
  • UI and menu strings
  • Dialogue and narrative text
  • Item, skill and quest descriptions
  • Steam store pages
  • Proofreading and Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA)

I'm particularly interested in:

  • Narrative games
  • Adventure games
  • RPGs
  • Visual novels
  • Cozy games
  • Puzzle games
  • Other indie projects of any size

In exchange for my work, I only ask for:

  • permission to include the project in my professional portfolio;
  • credit as the Italian translator/localizer.

I'm happy to work through Crowdin, Weblate, Google Sheets or oder localisation tools and workflows.

If you're looking for someone passionate about bringing your game to Italian players, I'd love to hear from you!

Thank you for your time, and I wish you the best with your project!

Hey! I'm working on a AVN in Greek Mythology setting and I'm in dire need of translators. I'm currently working on a demo-version, it's about 1.5-2 horus long. If you're interested in a project, please, contact me on discord: alberg
