STRATCOM Base Building Diagram clarification

A few quick questions
1) What direction is the diagram meant to be read? The current assumption I'm working under is that's it's supposed to be top-down, but...
2) At the bottom of page 107, mention is made of a particular order of construction for the HEBDOMAS Ariel Support Wing and the Synthetic Spinther Manufacturing Lab. These two nodes are entirely unconnected on the diagram. Additionally, it is mentioned that the ANOINT Reality Manipulation Device can be built at any time, but if the diagram is meant to be read top-down, then it requires a grand total of four prior nodes (two to unlock the engineering bay, the bay itself, and the support wing).

What was intended in these cases? Or has this been clarified in errata somewhere?

This was an error on our end before we went to print; an old version of the text that accompanies the diagram went out with the text. Read the diagram top down and follow that text instead of the example given. It's really annoying because we caught this problem *and* rewrote it before print but at some point in the final edit it got reverted and, well, here we are. I'll update the errata page with this.
