Fun little game, but a bit overwhelming.
Visuals are nice and sound is crips. Really cool you did it using just html and js.
I was kinda hard to keep up with the rhythm and shoot pixel-wide enemies at the same time.
I managed to score 2000 simply by spamming attack and focusing on killing enemies.

This is such a neat idea. I haven't a rhythmic bone in my body so combo chains were... low... but I did enjoy the game! Visually, it looks great but the pulsing does get to be a bit much after a while. A play-in-short-bursts kind of game. Well done!

Those 1-pixel thin enemies kept wrecking me lol but it’s satisfying to get hits. Can’t believe this is just JS too. Nice work!

really cool graphics / particle effects! lovely idea of mixing galaga with a rhythm game. I sometimes felt that the music wasn't fast enough for me to have sufficient fire rate to kill all the enemies, but whenever I was able to get into the rhythm and shoot properly 10-15x in a row that was super satisfying! lovely concept, would work wonders on mobile!

I was a big fan of Galaga back in the day, this brought me back!  The animation of the gun shooting is particularly satisfying.  Those little one px vertical enemies are tough, it's a fun challenge.

Really cool concept. I love how the gameplay is tied to the music. Awesome job!
