Scar-city's itch.io pageArtistic Statement / Use of Theme
It features a farm-like asthetic. The call to action was to be an educational game to show the cause of climate change by implementing effects that's primarily harmful to plants in a farming sense. My artistic intentions and inspiration come from the use of data provided by The Guardian. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/ng-interactive/2025/dec/18/how-climate-breakdown-is-putting-the-worlds-food-in-peril-in-maps-and-charts
Development Summary
The only major change that was decided that most of the art would have to be outsourced from online sources. A surprise were the bugs that had to be fixed. The hardest detail to cut was the art aspect for the various artworks of planted seeds, which never have fully finalized.
(optional) Release Plan
It's still in development despite the timeframe utilized. I have no marketing plan.
(optional) Further Development Plan
I plan to finish out the art, other user interface features, make a story, and other things that can make this game playable.

I didn't have a Windows computer around, so I played the web build, and though I was able to plant seeds and add water, I wasn't able to proceed the game.
I am a bit lost; I planted some seeds, watered them, watched them sprout, and waited for another five minutes, but nothing else seemed to change. I love the idea of exploring how climate change impacts food, though! Looking forward to a more complete version.
I did not entirely understand my objective! And may have broken the build. Thanks for making!
