How do i open this thing up?
There is an executable in the downloaded zip. Decompress the folder to the location of your choice, then run LancerTactics.exe.
You can also use the itch.io client if you want a more Steam-like experience.

There's an "Omninet" option in the main menu. This is a mod browser.
