Out of morbid curiosity, I was testing the different options for cocona after the church quest. I was surprised that after letting the priest having their way with her that I couldn't have the option to prostitute her. I was already a prostitute before the quest and that is the only criteria for cocona to be prostituted. Did the creator decided to remove that option or are there more updates on the way?
It depends on the choice you make when you explain to Cocona what happened. There are two things you can say - if you choose the wrong one, you lose the option. It's been a while since I played it, but it's not the option that says it's 'special'. Lona should say something like it's something you use to trade with others.
*My reply may be outdated since I haven't retried on the newest version, but I strongly doubt it was removed. I know it's very easy to accidentally choose the wrong option, though, due to how it's worded. I'll edit this reply if I get more info for you.
Edit: I got to the part on an older version. You choose 'it is a special thing' and NOT 'special person.' The option did not show up for me unless I waited the full time and the cutscene played
(Summary: Cutscene should play, then choose 'it is a special thing.' It should be enabled with this)
I think the other person who replies fairly often here can help if I'm wrong and the newer version is different, but try the above in the meantime if you want.
