Import characters or save doesn't work

Whenever i try to import a save or character it just says loading please wait this may take a couple of seconds and by the time its at least been a minute it never finishes loading

Hi! Which browser are you using? Do you play on PC? Also, is the loading text animated, or does it freeze?

I play on an iphone using both browsers safari and opera but none of them really worked, and I dont have a pc to try it on. However the text was animated

Okay, did you got a prompt for select a .zip file after clicking the button, or it just shows the loading screen?

Only shows the animated loading nothing about loading a zip file

Can you check if the import characters button works for you now in your phone? I have made some changes. It should show a prompt for pick a file

I clicked on it and then it just brought me back to the page with kevin after waiting, didnt let me select a file

Yes!! It now works! Thanks for fixing this issue! I haven't made much progress since it kept resetting me
