I have Seqioptaht 2, 3, and 4, but I am missing 1. I have no idea where it could be anymore.

And I triggered the side story with the missing ingredient for the Mont Blanc in Sylva City, and I was told to go to Myrtle Forest I'm pretty sure. But there's nothing there, no event, no item I can interact with, nothing.

If it's important, I am currently just after Almaria in the main story.

That book is located in a mine within the Alram Highlands (North). If you ensure one of your party members has at least 30,000 HP and equips the "Final Nut," you can end the battle before the boss uses any skills, thereby bypassing its combat mechanics entirely.

I'm also on the Too Hot To Handle Substory, though before Almaria because I want to beat the bosses before I miss the hidden boss there.
No matter where I look in Myrtle Forest, I cannot find any ingredients. Nothing is "shining" on the ground, nothing dropped by mobs, even the hidden boss doesn't have it. Help us No-Budget! You're our only hope!
EDIT: After the v1.11 update, I'm able to find the stuff.
