💵 Money: More than 100,000$
Sympathy: How to check if this happened:
Hover over your money display.
If rent shows 800$ → ❌ Not triggered yet
If rent shows 1,100$ → ✅ Landlord knows about Jun
Pay the increased rent once First Landlord Interaction: 🚿 Bathroom Offer Event: 💵 Landlord Comes For The Payment: The choice "No, I don't" is good if you don't have enough money
He already offered you the bathroom for 100k? He first makes the offer, then, if you accatept is 100k; if you don't, 200k... wait a couple of days and go outside alone until you trigger the scene where you give him the money. Then wait a couple more days, go outside until you trigger the remodelation scene, and that's it.
