there's a lot of information and backstory, delivered in more literary than classico bullet way. In the end the whole things convoy what it takes to run this adventure. The focus of designe reffort wasn't put on exploration and crawl, and as a consequence the adventure looks more than a bit linear. But it's better than most of linear adventure i've read in this jam.

The story is great, although presented a bit garbled. The background unfolds building by building instead of giving the DM one solid text and the NCs referencing it. Easist would be to put the chapter “The Truth” before “Village of Godspring” plus any information to grasp that section.

The description of star eater mechanics that is embedded within the Village of Godspring section could go over with the Star Eater stat block, and only the line about the upset family members could remain. A bit more about Alastoria could be cool for follow-up. What if a party member kept a star and Alastoria became a warlock patron for 'em?

I would have liked a map of the village - I think it could have taken up as much space as the written description of the layout would have.

All in all, nice! I'd run it as a stand alone Point in a larger Point Crawl, surely.

I really enjoyed reading this, an uncommon mix of eldritch horror and tragic personal story. Ana a really strong atmosphere.

After reading i have a few notes, just cosmetic or explanatory for the post-jam version: the table in page 3 should not be split, maks the reading harder that it needs to be, The Ariadne name twist is brilliant but  if I had to run it, I wish to have some suggestions on what happens if Ariadne goes to the tower with the party, for example.

Last thing, is Hywel's awareness telepathic/instantaneous or requires someone to witness the cure? Could the party cure every star eater in secret? Or it's a GM choice?

This is a solidly written adventure. There's a good amount of detail which should help a GM run it without too much difficulty. You've managed to fit a hefty amount of content into limited page count. I think one thing that does suffer as a result is ease of reference in the document itself. I could see myself having trouble mid session if I were to try to look up a specific bit of information on the fly and would probably want to have it highlighted in advance. I do think there are ways to address that within the document itself that would be helpful.

Nice prose. Would have liked some maps of the town and tower.

It might be a bit linear, but it’s a nice sidequest to pop in a traveling section.

Well-written prose. Great usability as a side-quest dropped into any settlement.

I think this would've been a solid entry, because honestly this adventure is rich with words and descriptions. My only nitpick is that this could've had potential to be even weirder and more closer to the spirit of Appendix N itself. Adventure also feels a bit linear, and while I appreciate the extensive descriptions, I think this adventure could benefit by cutting down the words. Back again, this was a solid adventure regardless, I enjoyed reading it. Kudos!
