How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
Time is key, as king Arthur is on his grand returnal to his stone, to which you must help your goobies return Arthur's sword before he notices it's gone missing!
What tools and 3rd party assets did you use?
I used Construct 3 to code and make art. Ultrabox for music and sound effects, as well as Audacity and my voice for some of the goobie sounds.
How did you use generative AI? (If you did)
Didn't use any, this game is certified human-crafted by my own two hands <3

Question, can anyone tell me how the scrolling works exactly? I couldn't really figure it out. The game looks and sounds great, I would like to be able to give it a fair rating
Heyy, sorry about thattt. Whenever your mouse is hovered over either a platform or the Goobie that's launching other Goobies, you can scroll up and down to adjust the angle. I hope that helps make it a bit more clear but let me know if not! <3
It helped, thanks! Great game, only problem i ran into is that after dying the music stops playing and also the physics get a bit weird if you move platforms while a Gobbie is bouncing around. I loved the art and the sound desing
The visuals and sound are on a completely different level compared to the rest of the competition. The mechanics are really fun, and the way everything works, including the reasoning required to solve each level, is never trivial. Considering the whole thing was made in 8.5 hours, it’s honestly insane. Definitely the best game I’ve played in the jam so far.
That said, I spent several minutes figuring out how the scrolling worked because it wasn’t intuitive that you had to hover the mouse over the screen. Also, the platforms can be moved while the character is in mid-air, which sometimes breaks the game design. I’m not sure if that was intentional.
Ahh thank you that's lovely to hear and I'm glad you enjoyed!! I may have been the only playtester involved whoops, so that intuitiveness is something I'll be looking out for more, I appreciate it thank you for letting me know <3 The platforms being movable was something I thought about taking out but I figured if anyone wanted to play keepie uppie with a Goobie till the finish line that'd be commendable haha. Thank you for your kind words and your great feedback! :D
Very very fun! loved it! If I have to give a suggestion, maybe the scrolling part is a bit unintuitive at the start, and also the rotating boungin objects.
It brings me lots of joy to hear that you enjoyed it so muchh! The scrolling intuitiveness is definitely something I'll keep in mind for future games, or well control intuitiveness as a whole, so I'm very thankful to hear that feedback. Thanks again! <3
Pretty fun! Wholesome and with a lot of juice. Great work!
Thank youu that means a lot to me!! One of my favourite parts was adding juice everywhere (or rather tons of screen shake I love that lol), so I'm glad it seems to have turned out well. Thanksss!
Visuals were great, sounds effects were very fitting (really liked the distortion when running out of time). Great job!
Thankss!! That's wonderful to hear :D I'm glad I didn't end up removing the music during playtime then as I was thinking of that near the end haha, I appreciate ya!
