I’ve built a visual editor for creating HTML5 games with Pixi.js, with support for Three.js 3D scenes.

The itch.io page includes several playable demos showing what can be built with the editor, including a Solitaire card game, editor feature demos and a 3D game.

What the editor currently supports

  • 🎬 Visual scene editing
  • 🌳 Hierarchical nodes
  • 🧩 Components & Prefabs
  • 🎨 Advanced text and object settings
  • 🎭 Spine animations
  • 🖌️ Aseprite assets
  • 🎯 Hit zones and masks
  • 🧊 Pixi.js + Three.js hybrid scenes
  • 📦 Asset management
  • ↩️ Undo / redo

The project started as an experiment with AI-assisted development and evolved into a working open-source game editor in roughly one week.

The editor is built with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Pixi.js, Three.js and pnpm.

I’d love to hear what you think, especially if you work with HTML5 games, Pixi.js or game development tools.
