sorry to bother

I was wondering what is the max level for skill unlocks and spicifcly the where wolf

also is there anywhere in the game or online to find this more spicific stuff ive been asking so i dont have to bother you

No worries, I don't mind!

The last one for transformation skills is level 30. And for Weapon skills the last unlock is at class level 50.

Unfortunately not yet. I haven't seen discussion about it anywhere else. But there are quite a lot of topics that were made in the community tab here. Maybe some of them are useful to you:
