We interpreted the theme "Unstable" as in a person with poor balance. In the gameplay, you have to move left and right to stop the character from tilting too far and falling over.

it gets really overwhelming when the number of customers keeps increasing and there is nooo way to catch up
A nice fun game feeling like old flash ones! The artstyle is so cutesy and nice I absolutely adore it. Sad that there's no music in the background, loved playing anyway.
