I like the pixel art a lot, keep polishing!

Developer

Thank you very much, I really appreciate your comment.

I can definitely see potential, very short but fun. The main problem is the background, or rather the camera perspective is trying to fight 3 different perspectives, top down, side perspective (zombies), first person OR like 2D bottom platform (the gun) and side scroller left-right (bg), I believe that weird blend or perspectives makes it hard to create coherent assets like the background, gun and zombies that work together.

I will take your comment into consideration. Thank you for playing.

The game felt very short and usually lasted around ten seconds for me. I also sometimes got a Game Over screen without any zombies reaching me, so I was not sure if that was a bug. Congratulations on finishing and submitting a game on time, I know it is not always easy!

Developer

You're really right, short game jams I realized late, I had a period of about 1 day, my goal was to add weapons and new bosses to the sections, but I didn't have time, I was going to be late, thank you so much for playing

Can add more enemies and levels, and perhaps other things like purchase upgrades or something. Nice entry though!

Developer

You're right, thank you for playing my game and making suggestions.

A relly fun game but short as others pointed out. I'm bad at aiming, so it is a good thing that hit boxes are really big, several times I downed two zombies at the same time by shooting between them. Good sfx. Nice start, I'd say.

A bit short but good start.

It’s an ambitious project, especially considering it was made entirely with Gemini, but the game itself is quite short.

There’s no in-game volume control, so the audio played extremely loudly until I changed my computer’s volume. I think adding a settings menu to the title screen would improve the experience.

That said, I thought the gameplay itself was really fun!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. Since I'm a new developer, I will take the "I'm bad" comment into consideration.

Great job getting something in before the deadline! Controls worked well and feedback on hitting the zombie was nice. I’m not sure the music fit the vibe the rest of the game was giving; but that may be a personal taste thing. You may want to force a landscape aspect ratio as well; playing on my phone looked a bit strange; but again great that it worked on phone at all. Keep at it!

Developer

Thank you. I'm new to game development. Thank you very much for pointing out my problems and shortcomings; I will fix them.

Hmm, I beat the game in a few kills- like maybe 10 zombies? - was expecting another level or some new challenges. Replayed and then repeatedly got a game over after shooting 1 zombie. A bug? I think its a fun concept.

You're right, I really noticed it too, but I had a very short time left on game jamsa, so I posted a very incomplete game, I'll definitely fix them and take your comment into account thank you
