Regarding the languages provided. Sticky

Hello!

I’ve decided to no longer officially provide Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Russian as supported languages. Some of you may have noticed that the latest 2 or so chapters are not available in those languages. Those translations were all done by volunteer fan translators, and I’ve been very grateful for their help. But I started to feel bad about repeatedly asking them, “Could you please help me translate another chapter…?” over and over again, so I decided not to keep requesting that from them and to remove those languages from the official list. The translation files completed so far can be provided upon request via Discord.

On the other hand, Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese are still being translated thanks to the generous help of the translators, who kindly continue to support the project. I’m incredibly thankful to them.

So there will never be a possibility of those translations returning, even if there are people willing to do it for free out of love for the game?

Developer

No, I mean that I won’t be adding fan translations directly into the game build. However, if a fan translation is provided, I can still share it through an announcement with a link to the translation.

How can a translation be provided?

Developer

There is a translation file in Ren'Py format.

Okay, so do I need to download Ren'Py for that, or can it be done just with the game file? Sorry to bother you; I just don't quite get how it works.

Developer

You don’t need to install Ren’Py, but you will need at least a little knowledge of coding. It’s a bit difficult to explain everything here, so I think it would be best to look up the method yourself.

I think I get it a bit now; so what should I do—do I give it to you when I'm finished, or do I have to upload it?

Developer

You can send me a DM on Discord.

Sure, what's your name so I can send you the message?
