Neon Balloon Brigade — a 3D flight arcade where whoever is higher wins

Hi all — second one from me this week. Neon Balloon Brigade is a 3D flight arcade built on a single rule: whoever is higher pops the other's balloon.

Get above an enemy and it drops — but it doesn't vanish. It lands, paces the ledge as a walker you can stomp, and re-inflates if you leave it alone. The water is the real enemy: touch it at any height, in any state, and the run is over.

Staying airborne pays. A rising air-time multiplier rewards never landing, so the safe option and the scoring option pull in opposite directions.

Arcade with waves and a boss, a roguelite, 2P co-op on one keyboard, online over a room code, and a daily seeded run with a leaderboard. Storms, wind, windmills and cannons push you around mid-flight, and the arena wraps at the edges, so a bad gust can be an escape route.

The look cycles day to dusk to night every couple of waves — night is the neon one the game is named after.

Same tech notes as my tank post: no art or audio assets, all procedural geometry and Web Audio, built solo with React Three Fiber. Keyboard, gamepad or touch — an Xbox pad works and is honestly the nicer way to play it.

Would love to know whether the height rule reads clearly in the first thirty seconds. That is the bit I cannot judge any more.
