How did you incorporate the theme "UNSTABLE"?
The core mechanic of SYNTHESIS is built entirely around an 'UNSTABLE' AI simulation. As the player encounters anomalies, the system's 'Corruption' level rises, representing the simulation's instability. This isn't just a narrative element; the instability actively affects the gameplay. The UI breaks down, the ASCII graphics glitch and distort, and the procedural audio engine heavily distorts and speeds up, perfectly mirroring a system becoming fatally unstable.

Pretty nice idea & well done according to the theme, thought it was going to infinity at first but I managed to find the goal, nice job!

Developer(+1)

It might not be infinite in this game jam build, but the version I am currently developing features a procedural map system. This means you have the chance to play an infinite number of times; every map will be different with each playthrough. Thanks.
