why is is everytime i go to a website to download dub packs they instantly thorw me to a website with scam ads, i cant get the app to work, can i get a refund??

I'm not affiliated with any of those websites. If you search "choicer voicer", 99% of the websites you'll see are knockoffs or scams that stole the name for clicks, and I have no control over those. I believe most people use Gamebanana, and it's a website that's existed for years, so I would recommend that.

Most sites to download packs are running invasive ads to get revenue from visitors so that's what you're experiencing. I've seen people have no issue getting dub packs from https://www.thechoicervoicer.net/dub-packs/browse or https://gamebanana.com/mods/cats/44064. No invasive ads or popups as of yet
