Weird installation

I´ve downloaded the windows version and after extract the files I´ve tried to run the game but my desktop make a quick flash (no cmd window or something just the flash) and the game didn´t start, that freaked me a liittle so I run my AV and there was nothing but to cover all gates I tried to delete the game files... I was unablke to delete the game .exe file so I used the AV file destructor and reboot the PC  and the file was still there for some minuts then It dessapeared (I run the AV into the file again to check the file and it was "ok" until it dissapeared). The next day I tried to import an image in word and the direction that it oppened was "System32"... I have all my data in a HDD  "D" and never put something in "C" so I cant understan why word oppened "System32" and I feel a little strange with this game.

The files that were "updated/changed" the day of the instalation in System32 are:

perfc00A.dat     perfc009.dat    perfh00A.dat      perfh009.dat     PerfStringBackup

If anyone had a similar experience please tell me about it.

Where did you download the file from?

Here (itch.io)

if you downloaded from the Itch.io downloads and not from a shady link in the comments you're fine.

Thank you It stills feels weird (a flash in the desk and System32 are scary) but I hope it doesn't become a problem and sice youre here, how are you going toi handle Google´s new policy in apps? As I know they are going to delete external apps that doesnt have a "validation" and that´s why I downloaded the windows version.

The Windows app is built with NW.js, Google it. I don't know about the new Android policy, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

I´am not saying that you´re game is malware or it doesn't works to shame you or your work (your game seems really good in the itch.io scenes), yet credentials can be stolen in many ways and there is always a risk to get a substituted file in a server thats why I asked for other users experiences. And about NW.js whats the point of tell me that?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I have given you all the necessary information for you to check yourself if the app is infected or not. You are the only user who is reporting this kind of issue. Draw your own conclusion.

Well, thanks for telling me that "everything should be fine"; and if I'm the only user reporting this, you should be grateful, since no one else is encountering strange screens when trying to play your game.
