How does the game fit the theme?
In Transmission, you monitor transmissions communications on vessels and make decisions based on the incomplete information, deciding which are reliable. Hence, every decision is questioning what is actually happening and who to listen to.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I reused some modular code from previous projects, specifically for dialogues running, story trigger and panel managers. I modified the code to fit Transmission

took a while to figure out where to click, but then it went pretty smooth.
i liked the art and premise, a few more sfx would make it more engaging imo.
good job & good luck in the jam!
I wish this game had a more fleshed out tutorial so I can understand what I'm suppose to do
Collisions were off and hard to click on to, the game had no real guidance, I had to stumble upon what has to be done, but I had fun. I played the game with both my monitors full, one with the game and one with the map and vessel watch, I felt like I was inside a lighthouse.
That being said, it's a good game with a great atmosphere and great art-style, but it has some clunky mechanics and it's not that evident what does what.
I liked it though, good job!
I had a difficult time finding the hitboxes for the map and the logbook, it was like the radio and the expected vessels were blocking them. I love the ambiance of the watchstation!
