I tried to find something about it online, Big Buck Bunny is a movie that came out like 16 years ago I think and is popular because it serves as a universal, open-source benchmark for 3D animation and video testing, and the video you saw in that folder was a sample, my best guess is that it came with Unity (Game engine used to make Starmaker Story) by default, Unless I am wrong about that and the devs used it somehow .

It is an open source test video for Unity projects and is left in a lot of Unity games.

Big Buck Bunny is the short film's name. It was originally made by the Blender Institute to showcase what the open source software "Blender" could do at the time, since then, Blender has been used to make many different films among many other cool things. That said, not sure it ships with Unity, but might be something that was used by the dev to test video streaming in Unity or at the very least, test how video files get loaded for things like the studio's name that is shown when you launch the game.
