Hello. I wanted to participate in the jam and try to create a horror (or not pretty much of horror) VN in RenPy.
The game will be called something like "Samosbor: Block KR-234". The setting and the whole project are based on existing universe - Samosbor (Самосбор)(it's untranslatable) - an open-source, community-driven Russian sci-fi/horror universe based on a dystopian, endless concrete Megacomplex (Gigakhrushchevka). It's a setting where anyone can contribute to the lore, blending Soviet-gothic aesthetic, bio-horror, and claustrophobic survival.
The story of the game is about a Liquidator who joined a team that was sent to clean up the Block KR-234 after it suffered from many breaches. The squad must deal with bloody mess, bio entities, secretive cults, internal paranoia and much more. It would be a mix of horror, body horror, psychological horror, survival action, some quiet moments and stuff... idk.
I need like basically anyone (like artitsts, composers and others) who can and want to help with the making of this. I can make code for dialogues and entire game and make graphics (however not all of it and all of my graphics look straight up horrifying in a bad way). So if someone want to join and help i would really appreciate it.
Right now we only have 2 people: me and an 2d artist.
