how i can add my language to the game

As mentioned above the only native language Starmaker will support at launch is English. 

If you are Discord channel member go to the mod's section there is already a Spanish community mod. If not wait a couple of days for the limitation issue to be resolved and then you should be able to join using the link on the main page.

Si eres miembro del canal de Discord, ve a la sección de mod ya hay un mod de la comunidad española. Si no es así, espera un par de días a que se resuelva el problema de la limitación y, entonces, deberías poder unirte utilizando el enlace de la página principal.
